This relates to the cost and timing of changes.
Note that there are never 'mistakes' only 'immediate design changes' or IDC's. Although written for the printing industry, all projects have a similar schedule.
- It costs $5.00 to make a copy change layout alteration in the rough layout stage.
- It costs $50.00 to make a change at the finished layout stage.
