How do you treat information collection and use?
Our company, CopperStarWays.com, is the exclusive owner of any and all information collected on this site. We do not sell this information, or make it available to any outside entity other than as is detailed in this statement.

Is registration required?
A minimal registration is required for the shipping information. It is also a tool that we use in order to be able to better provide you with product information and promotions that are tailored to your desires.

What information do you ask for on the order form?
There is a certain amount of information that we need to obtain to deliver our product. This includes personal contact information including but not financial information such as credit card number, type, and expiration date. This information is used solely for billing and delivery purposes and is processed by IntelliPay.

What is a "cookie" and how does it affect me?
A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a browser so it can later be read back from that browser. It is a useful tool for the browser to remember specific, non-personal information. "Cookies" cannot be used to obtain data from your hard drive nor can they access your email address or read any of your files or intrude on your computer in any way. Off-line, your private information is restricted to employees of CopperStarWays.com who have specific need for the information, including, but not limited to our billing clerk and customer representatives. On a regular basis, as well as whenever anything is added to our privacy policy, our employees are reminded of the emphasis that we place customer privacy. At CopperStarWays.com, we feel that the customer is our greatest asset and we protect it as such.

Do you send out emails with special offers?
Every customer who registers with us will receive a welcoming email. Customers who request it will occasionally receive letters including special offers and promotions. Some customers will receive emails from us that have been sent to them by friends or acquaintances.

Do you correct and update personal information?
If a customer's personal or contact information changes it is important that he or she notify us so that we can continue to serve our customers effectively. This can be done easily under "Update Profile" in the "VIP Members Section" of our web site.

What type of consent am I giving by surfing your site?
